When we feel overwhelmed by grief but still have to show up for our job, family, or community, it’s healthy to schedule private time to fully grieve so we aren’t shutting down our emotions or having them spontaneously spill out during inconvenient times. These practices are for those private moments when you want to identify what’s happening in your mind and body to get clarity and connection.

These recordings also serve as a resource for hope and moving forward to create your "new normal." Each practice offers warmth, compassion, creative healing, and even inspiration - something we all need on the grief journey. 

As mindfulness and somatic experts who have both navigated the depths of our own grief journeys, we offer a unique and modern approach to relating to grief. We believe you'll find these exceptionally comforting and look forward to hearing how these help you. 

It’s important to note that what we offer should not be treated as a replacement for intervention from a licensed therapist but rather complementary.
