Our Return Policy
At Grief Gifts, we deeply understand the sensitive nature of your purchase. While we hope every item brings comfort, we also want to ensure a stress-free experience should you need to make a return.
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required. Only the original purchaser may request a return; unfortunately, we cannot process returns from gift recipients.
Additionally, we can only accept returns for defective or damaged items. Digital items and downloadable products cannot be returned.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages or Issues
We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@griefgifts.io so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction and trust are our priorities.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note that some items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Digital items and downloadable products
Additionally, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards. If you’re unsure about whether your item qualifies for a return, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. As with our general policy, items must be returned unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
