Here, we understand that grief is deeply personal and profoundly challenging. Our mission is to provide empathy and support to those experiencing loss through meaningful bereavement gifts that combine tangible comfort with valuable resources.

We are here to help both the supporter and the griever. With Grief Gifts, you are giving more than flowers, you are giving resources that will actually make a difference on the recipient's healing journey.

Flowers, although thoughtful, only last a week, while resources like this are woven into someone's life. We want to help you make your gesture last.

We believe, from personal experience, that beneath grief is always love.

We also understand that it can be difficult to know how to best show support to someone during, what is likely to be, the hardest of times.

What can you do? What should you say? With that in mind, these gifts are just as much for the supporter as they are for the griever.

And thus Grief Gifts was born. Carefully crafted gifts, designed to offer effective ways to find meaning amidst loss.

We are excited to grow our community and become your go-to provider for high-quality gifts that reflect your care while ensuring that those who are grieving feel resourced with ongoing support.

Inspired by our own experiences with loss, we are dedicated to helping others navigate their grief with compassion and understanding. It’s important to note that what we offer should not be treated as a replacement for intervention from a licensed therapist but rather complementary. 

  • Kate brings a rich background in graduate-level education in psychosomatic dance/movement therapy, a Master’s in Leadership Studies, plus over a decade of studying meditation and compassion through Tibetan Buddhist philosophy. As a spiritual-somatic movement facilitator and educator, Kate’s holistic approach blends body, mind, and spirit to support those moving through grief. If you're looking to join a virtual support community, Kate hosts a weekly group.

  • Jake lives a spirited life as a meditation teacher, avid adventure sports athlete, serial entrepreneur, and peak performance coach. He creatively uses mindfulness techniques to help clients navigate the complexities of life, especially during times of grief. Drawing from his diverse background, Jake offers a unique and compassionate approach to grief support, helping individuals find peace, clarity, and meaning amidst their loss.
